Can we receive items in different OU against a PO? Both the OU have different SOB.

You r correct. We can receive items against a PO in different OU only if both have same SOB.

Hi Srini,

I dont think we can receive a PO in an operating unit which is created in another operating unit.

If you think it is possible can you please elaborate your answer so that we all can understand it .
