Hi Guys
Is it possible for a company to Budget at a Cost Centre level without budgeting for Combination of Cost Centre and Account. E.g Budgeting 500 000 for Finance Dept and All accounts that have a copmbination of Finance will Reserve from Finance?

Yes. You can budget at department level. However, if you want to compare Actuals with Budgets at the lowest level, you need to get the budgets in at the lowest level.
